Cognitive stimulation concerns all those activities aimed at stimulating and maintaining existing cognitive abilities. Attention, Memory, Language, Concentration and Reasoning are, among other mental processes, likely to be stimulated and empowered.

An adequate stimulation allows an improvement of the quality of life thanks to the maintenance of mental abilities as long as possible, the promotion of autonomy and the person's self-esteem, improving interaction with its environment and the reduction of anxiety.

These are some of the activities that our users do at these classes: Visual association, find differences, identify emotions, match equal, identify errors, identify shapes-ground, games of memory, mazes, puzzles, vocabulary puzzles, sort sequences, follow series, name associated with image, etcetera.
